Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your art purchase. If you receive a faulty print, please contact us at cliffordsartstudio@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return or exchange, kindly provide photographs of the faulty print and return the item to us for a replacement. After 30 days, we are unable to process returns. We’re always happy to work with you to find a solution, so please reach out if you have any concerns. Customer care is our priority, and we’re here to help!

Shipping Policy

Here’s how our shipping process works:

  1. Order Placement: You place your order, and we promptly receive it along with your payment.

  2. Creation: We then work with our specialized printing partner to create your custom product with care and attention to detail.

  3. Quality Check: After production, we analyze the item to ensure it meets our high-quality standards.

  4. Packaging & Shipping: Once everything is perfect, we carefully package your order and prepare it for shipment.

Typically, this process takes up to 7 days for production, followed by an additional 3 days for shipping. Please note, this is a worst-case scenario, especially during peak times like holidays or weekends. In most cases, we’re able to get your order shipped much faster, and we always strive to deliver it to you as quickly as possible.
